Meet the New Members of the APL Junior Board

The Association of Property Lenders is delighted to welcome four new members to its Junior Board: Charlotte O’Neil, Cormac Davenport, Noah Mistry and Connie Chau.

The APL Junior Board gives emerging professionals within property lending and real estate finance an opportunity to contribute to the work of the Association, share fresh perspectives and help shape initiatives for the next generation of industry talent.

Our new members bring experience from across real estate syndication, banking, capital markets and law, together with considerable enthusiasm for supporting the APL community.

Charlotte O’Neil

Charlotte works in Real Estate Syndication at Investec, where she focuses on investment and development financing across the UK real estate market.

She holds a BA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Oxford and brings strong analytical insight and a valuable perspective on real estate finance to the Junior Board.

Outside work, Charlotte enjoys travelling and has a keen interest in music and the arts.

Cormac Davenport

Cormac is an Associate Director at First Abu Dhabi Bank and has five years’ experience in real estate finance.

His experience and understanding of real estate finance will make him an excellent addition to the Junior Board.

Noah Mistry

Supporting the Future of Property Lending

Charlotte, Cormac, Noah and Connie each bring valuable experience, energy and insight to the APL. Through the Junior Board, they will have the opportunity to contribute ideas, support the Association’s events and initiatives, and strengthen engagement among professionals at the earlier stages of their careers.

Their appointments reflect the APL’s continued commitment to encouraging professional development, creating meaningful connections and ensuring that emerging voices play an active role in the future of the property lending industry.

Please join us in welcoming Charlotte, Cormac, Noah and Connie to the APL Junior Board. We look forward to working with them and seeing the contribution they make to the Association.
